Homeowners who are delinquent with their annual dues may find a lien posted against the property. We have filed liens on some properties in the area. Contact the board if you have questions. See the deed restrictions to learn more about this. Dues, as originally stated in the deed restrictions, were $4.00 per acre or part thereof. In accordance with paragraph 22 of the deed restrictions, the Board increased the dues to $14 per acre or part thereof on 17 October 1997. The dues were reduced to $10.00 per acre or part thereof by Board action on 11 March 1998. The dues have remained unchanged at $10.00 per acre or part thereof since then. Dues for 2007 were waived for all Homeowners. Dues for 2010 are also waived. If you have questions about dues, please contact the board and we are more than happy to work with you. If you see violations of the deed restrictions, please contact the board so appropriate action can be taken. If you believe the deed restrictions ought to be changed, bring those ideas to the board as well, as we can vote on them at the annual homeowners meeting. |
